Wingate Paine III
Wingate Paine III, LMT, is a highly skilled manual therapist with advanced training in Cranial Sacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, and energetic healing. His work focuses on reducing deep fascial restrictions, calming the nervous system, and restoring the body’s ability to self-regulate. Clients often describe a noticeable shift in tension, circulation, and overall alignment during and after sessions. Wingate’s approach is especially supportive for individuals dealing with chronic tension, trauma-related patterns, or longstanding pain that has not responded to traditional care alone. His work pairs seamlessly with chiropractic and other clinical modalities, helping clients who feel “stuck” finally experience progress. Many notice improvements with headaches and migraines, neck and back pain, sciatic patterns, knee pain, whiplash, concussions, chronic anxiety, and other complex presentations. Rooted in his background in Polarity Therapy from the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts, massage therapy training from Parker University, and extensive postgraduate study in advanced manual and shamanic techniques, Wingate’s treatments emphasize long-lasting change—not ongoing dependence. Most clients experience meaningful improvement within one or two sessions, with follow-ups used to support new goals or maintain progress as life stresses accumulate. Wingate’s care aligns with our mission at Rice Massage Therapy: clinical, evidence-informed bodywork that helps the body unwind long-held tension, improve structural function, and move toward true healing.
